French toast bread, created over six months

The best way to experience the charm of Ivorish is through its bread.Rather than using pre-made bread, we spent six months working with a baker to create a new bread specifically for Ivorish French toast.This bread doesn't have much of a distinctive flavor when eaten as is, but when made into French toast, it creates a soft texture that can't be achieved with other breads.Please come and try it ♪

We paid particular attention to the materials and manufacturing process

The dough that is soaked into the bread is a simple one made with only eggs, milk, sugar, and vanilla extract, so we carefully considered how it would go with the bread and gradually changed the mixture to arrive at this flavor.Instead of using regular unsalted butter or margarine, we use a generous amount of cultured butter.You can enjoy the milky flavor and aroma of freshly made butter.
